Robo Steer is a remote controlled machine that simulates a live steer in both size and stature to put team ropers at the sweet spot in practice situations. The Robo Steer sits atop a wide wheel base for smoother cornering and has five heavy duty wheels for stability on rough ground, even in deep sandy conditions. When the header ropes the Robo Steer, the head and neck bend left just like a live steer to simulate good handle and the weight of a live steer as it logs behind a horse. The horns can be adjusted to release when roped or can be locked in place to allow full realistic practice runs. The legs move according to the speed at which Robo Steer travels, and the entire body hops just like a live steer. You won't find another more lifelike machine than Robo Steer. The rear legs adjust from 12" to 24" and come together when roped but then spring back to help the heel rope come off. Robo Steer's hind legs also move independently making it realistic for heelers to leg a steer. Couple that will a hopping stride and heelers are forced to execute accurate techniques in order to rope two feet. Robo Steer is the most effective training tool there is for team ropers. You can simulate any aspect of a competitive performance at any speed for effective practice.
